Itinerary

Day 1.- Puerto Maldonado / Lodge / Caminatas /Isla de los Monos / Circuito de Aventuras

Pick up from the airport and/or bus terminal, transfer to the office where you can leave some luggage that you are not going to take on the tour. Then transportation to the port (captain port) 15 minutes by boat down the river, along the Madre de Dios river in a motorized boat that will take us to our lodge, where we will accommodate ourselves in our comfortable rooms, then accompanied by our guide we will hike through the lodge trails where our guide will explain the fauna and flora that inhabits this area. Then we will have lunch and then travel in our boat for 20 minutes until we reach the monkey island, a great opportunity to see 5 species of monkeys that inhabit this island, then we will prepare to return to the lodge, and back at sunset we will observe alligators with With the help of our flashlights, we will be able to see the red eyes of the alligators and your guide will explain everything about the alligators. Return to the lodge where we will spend the night in our comfortable lodge.

Day 2.- Collpa de loros / Reserva Tambopata “Lago Sandoval” / Caimaneo

Very early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. we will visit the La Cachuela parrot clay lick, on a trip of approximately 50 minutes, where it is possible to see a variety of species of parrots that gather on the wall of the Madre de Dios river at eating clay in a multicolored spectacle of flights and screams, an experience that he will never forget. Then return to the lodge for breakfast, then we will prepare to visit Lake Sandoval for the whole day, from our lodge we will travel 10 minutes by boat until we reach the shores of the port of Lake Sandoval, from where we will enter the Tambopata Reserve “Lago Sandoval” in a walk of approximately 1 hour, then we will arrive at the lake where we will take a rowing canoe to walk around this beautiful lake that is home to a great variety of birds and animals. Then at noon we will have lunch in a restaurant on Lake Sandoval, after lunch those who wish can bathe in Lake Sandoval without any danger, then we will return to our lodge, dinner and then a night walk to see some animals and/or or insects that come out at night. Return to our lodge where we will spend the night in our comfortable lodge.

Day 3.- Lodge / Puerto Maldonado / Aeropuerto

After breakfast, around 8:30 am. We will transfer you in our motorized boat to Puerto Maldonado, and from there to the airport and/or bus terminal. End of Tour.

Note: If you want to take advantage of the afternoon, and you have a bus at night or a hotel in Puerto Maldonado, you could do our adventure circuit, which consists of the suspension bridge, kayaking and fishing, for the price of S/. 150.00 soles per person.
