Sandoval Lake Full Day

Itinerary

Day 1: Puerto Maldonado / Lago Sandoval

Pick up from your hotel. Then transfer to the port (puerto triunfo) 15 minutes by boat down the Madre de Dios river by motorized boat to take us to our lodge, then we will prepare to visit Sandoval lake for the whole day, from our trip to the lodge 10 minutes by boat to reach the port on the shores of Lake Sandoval, where our entrance to the Tambopata Reserve “Lago Sandoval” in a walk of approximately 1 hour, then we will arrive at the lake where we will take a canoe paddle to walk around this beautiful lake that is home of many birds and animals. Then at noon we will have lunch in a restaurant on Lake Sandoval, after lunch those who wish can swim in Lake Sandoval safely, then return to the lodge, transfer to Puerto Maldonado, hotel.
